Buzz About “Killer Within”
“I have been following the writing and character development skills of author, Jeff Gunhus, for some time. His growth and attention to detail really shine through in this novel. KILLER WITHIN is a huge success! The intermingled multiple mystery plotlines and detailed descriptions of the locale in which this novel takes place combine to make this a breathtaking, scary and interesting work. Once I picked it up I was hard pressed to put it down. Can’t wait for Gunhus’ next novel! ” ~ 5 Star Review, Gloria Frost, Amazon
“KILLER WITHIN is an absorbing study of both a killer’s mind as well as his pursuer’s motivation. The cat-and-mouse game between the two main characters moves to its conclusion with the outcome unclear until the last pages.” ~ IndieReader
“A balanced blend of heart-pounding visuals and soul-searching introspection, Killer Within, Gunhus’s second novel, reaches beyond ordinary expectations for the genre. Gunhus exhibits a distinctive style typically found in seasoned authors like Dean Koontz and Stephen King.” ~ Forward Clarion Reviews, 5 Stars
My Review: Suspense. Plot twist. Page turner. Arnie is trapped in a situation and what he chooses to do changes him. Allison chooses to let situations make her a stronger person. I was trapped in this world waiting to see if Allison will be okay.
About the Author: Jeff Gunhus
Jeff Gunhus grew up in Cyprus, Greece, and Saudi Arabia where there was a distinct lack of television. He quickly found books were the gateway to incredible adventures, fascinating characters and unbelievable discoveries. Now, with five children of his own (all who watch too much television, in his opinion), he has enjoyed revisiting his old books and reliving those adventures all over again.
